The real question for whoever pays for employees’ access is not “what does a month cost” but “what will I actually pay”: when the money is taken, what happens when a new employee arrives mid-month, and what happens if accounting did not top up the account in time. Here is how it works in the “Company” section of your Mayak account.
In short. A company pays for devices: one place is one device at 100 ₽ a month, 10 places or more, for 1 or 3 months. The money sits in the company account, and the renewal is charged from it automatically on the last day of the term. New places added mid-term work at once, and you pay only for the days left. If the money is not enough, employees’ devices move to their own places and come back after payment.

What the amount is made of
Number of devices × number of months × the price of a place. A place costs 100 ₽ a month: the minimum set of 10 devices is 1,000 ₽ for a month or 3,000 ₽ for 3 months. If your company has agreed its own price or discount, your account uses it. Your account shows the exact amount before you pay: the server calculates it the same way it charges, so what you see and what is charged do not differ.
- The minimum is 10 devices. Your account offers ready-made sets, and you can type your own number.
- The term is 1 or 3 months. We do not sell longer ones.
- You pay for devices, not people. An employee with a phone and a laptop needs two places.

The company account
A company has its own account number starting with the Latin letter C. It is topped up the same way as a personal one — by card or via SBP, the Russian Faster Payments System — and the bank statement shows the company’s account number. One payment is from 50 to 10,000 ₽; if you need more, top up several times.
The account can be topped up by the company’s main manager and by anyone they gave the “Payments” right — an accountant, for example. Every movement on the account is visible in your account.
If the company has never paid before, its first term starts by itself as soon as there is enough money in the account.
A new employee mid-month
Places can be added at any time: they work at once, and you pay only for the days left in the current term. Places can be removed only from the next term.
Places can even be handed out before they are paid for: department managers invite people, and such places are marked “waiting for payment” in the company structure. Only paid places work; the “Pay” button shows how much is missing. As soon as the money is in the account, the waiting places start working.
Renewal and reminders
The renewal is charged from the company account automatically on the last day of the term — for every place handed out. If the account is short, the main manager and everyone with the “Payments” right get reminders 7, 3 and 1 day before the term ends.
What happens if you do not pay
The company does not drag its employees down with it. If the term is not paid, employees’ devices move to their own places by themselves — a personal plan or a family group, if they have one. After payment the devices return to the company’s places, with no need to reconnect. The company structure and departments stay as they were.
If you decide to stop
The “Company” section has a “Cancel the service” button. Your account shows in advance how much goes back to the company account for unused whole months, and only then asks you to confirm. A company is deleted on the main manager’s request — we get in touch and confirm; a company that has never had money in it, the main manager deletes by themselves.
What is not here
- payment by invoice for a legal entity with closing documents — card or SBP only;
- automatic card payments — renewal comes from the company account, which you top up;
- a trial with a company invitation — the company pays for the employee’s access.
